A dramatic thriller, “Stillwater” follows the story of Bill (Matt Damon), an American oil-rig roughneck who travels to France to visit his estranged daughter (played by Abigail Breslin), in prison for a murder she claims she did not commit. Confronted with language barriers, cultural differences, and a complicated legal system, Bill builds a new life for himself in France as he makes it his personal mission to exonerate his daughter.

“Stillwater” is rated R for language and runs 2 hours, 19 minutes. Show times are 7:30 p.m. – Friday, August 20; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. – Saturday, August 21 and Sunday, August 22. Sunday afternoon will show with open captions.
