SPRING II 2017 Beginning Yoga ($36)
Mondays, April 24-June 05 –6 weeks
*No class on May 29
Feel the restorative power that yoga brings to mind and body. Learn yoga poses, meditation, stretching, relaxation, body awareness, and breathing. Students will receive instruction that is geared to personal needs and abilities; learn basic yoga postures and ways to modify the postures for your body type. Monday nights are dedicated to beginning yoga students and Wednesday nights are for the more experienced student. Please bring a sticky mat and dress comfortably. All classes meet from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Instructor Helene Everson, Certified Yoga Instructor & Yoga Alliance Member.
Class fee *$36. PCAA members receive a 10% discount. Students who register and pre-pay for more than one class receive a 5% discount off the non member price. Registration deadline is one week before class begins.
